Production Painter – Performance Pay (High Earning Potential)

Responsibilities
- Complete apartment unit painting according to company standards
- Prepare walls & surfaces to be painted, Paint walls, ceilings, woodwork using brush, roller, and occasional spray equipment.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Work efficiently to meet production timelines
- Communicate with team members and supervisors as needed
Requirements
- Previous professional painting experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organization and communication skills
